1. Are your crystals genuine?

Yes! All of our crystals are 100% genuine and ethically sourced from trusted suppliers worldwide. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure quality and authenticity before it reaches you.

2. Do you ship across the UK?

Absolutely. We deliver throughout the UK using reliable courier partners.

3. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

We’ll email you a delivery status when your order has been dispatched.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you can return a product if it arrives damaged.
You must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery by sending a photo or video of the damaged item and its packaging.
The product must then be returned within 3 days.

6. How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, contact our support team at admin@spectacularcrystal.com with proof of damage (photo or video) within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement based on your preference.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and major debit cards.
All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways.

8. Are crystal colors and sizes exactly as shown online?

We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to the natural variations of crystals, colour, size, or texture may differ slightly, making each piece truly unique.
