1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

You are eligible for a return or refund only if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

To qualify:

You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
You must provide clear photo or video proof showing the damaged product and the original packaging/box.
The product must be returned within 3 days after notifying us.

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to process your refund request.

2. How to Request a Refund or Return

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email or Messenger.
Attach clear photos or a short video showing:
- The damaged product
- The packaging or delivery box
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Send the product back to the address we provide within 3 days.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Resend new items or return money. Within 7 days send proof and return item.
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if:

The damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
No proof (photo or video) is provided.
The product was used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
The product is returned after the 3-day period.
Minor differences in color or texture occur due to natural crystal variations.
